PriceWise exists because SaaS pricing decisions are made with less data than almost any other critical business decision — and the cost of getting it wrong compounds for years. We built one suite of free tools to change that.
Why we built this
Most SaaS founders set their initial price in one of three ways: they copy a competitor, they base it on their cost structure, or they pick a number that "feels right." All three approaches produce prices that are typically 30–50% below optimal — not because founders are bad at business, but because good pricing data was locked behind expensive software or consultant reports.

Our principles
Free, always. The core tools — all four pricing model calculators, LTV, CAC, MRR, and LTV:CAC ratio — are free with no signup required. We ask for email only to deliver benchmark reports.
No inflated benchmarks. We don't show alarming LTV numbers or scary "you're leaving $X on the table" messages designed to manufacture anxiety. We show realistic, data-backed figures with cited sources.
Transparency on methodology. Every calculation is explained in plain language on our methodology page. You should be able to reproduce our results with a spreadsheet.
